Andrew Albertson is resident in the Seattle office of Fenwick & West. His practice focuses on general corporate representation of public and private technology and life sciences companies.

Before joining Fenwick & West, Andrew was an associate in the corporate group for Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe’s Seattle office. Albert was a Summer Associate at Ernst & Young in the Transaction Advisory Services Mergers and Acquisitions group.

Andrew holds a J.D., cum laude, Order of the Coif, from the University of Washington (2007); and a BA in Accounting, cum laude, from the Foster School of Business, University of Washington (2004). He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association.
