   Conference Fees:
   Early Bird registration is $2,800.
   Standard Membership for non-members is $595.
   Additional Dinner Cruise guests are $150 each.

   Cancellation Policy:
   Complete refund (minus $250 fee) until 1/1/09
   75% refund until 3/1/09
   50% refund until 4/1/09
