GOP Hacking the U.S. Elections

30 August 2008

Since the 2000 election, I have been suggesting to our members at the Strategic News Service (www.stratnews.com) that the national elections, both then and again in 2004, were hacked; that is, they were illegally manipulated to give false results on electronic voting machines.

Last week, I saw a documentary containing footage of the Congressional testimony of a fellow named Clinton Eugen Curtis, from Florida, who claims to have written just such code for his company in October of 2000.

If you have not seen this (apparently sworn) testimony, I strongly suggest you see it right now.  It is here

I am not suggesting that he is the only person to have hacked the presidential election, but his confession should open the door to much more serious discussion of preventing such hacking this November.

Machines which do not leave paper trails should be made illegal, in all states, immediately.
