		<description>Hi,

ISTR that there was some Board of Directors overlap between Yahoo and Google (maybe Kleiner-Perkins people) by the time Yahoo acquired Overture and that I was thinking that this is going to be an issue down the road. Is this just my memory playing tricks with me or was there really some overlap? )I don&#039;t have access to BoD-history at the moment.)

<description>We like the bid, not for the search/ads opportunity that Steve B undoubtedly has in mind, but because Yahoo has some thoughts about context, and that&#039;s the next big opportunity for personal computing. The more online services and tools I use, the more I want analytics and personal information mining to bring value out of those and into one place for me.
